Job Responsibilities

• Reports to General Manager – Customer Services
• Responsible for excellence services delivery to customer airlines and terminal users
• Responsible for the efficient terminal operations and relevant key performance indicators are met
• Formulate strategies in product and services innovation to satisfy customers implicit needs and future business growth
• Master processes improvement initiatives in response to ever operational and business needs

Requirements

• Degree or Master Degree holder in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related discipline
• At least 8 years’ relevant management experience, preferably in sizeable logistics firm. A background from aviation industry is a definite advantage
• A proactive and self-driven team leader equipped with excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese; good command of Mandarin is a plus

We offer the right incumbent attractive remuneration package including 19 days annual leave, 5-day week, double pay, discretionary bonus, medical scheme, life insurance, travel allowance and education subsidy.
