Job responsibilities:

Responsible for the operation of the Passenger Services Department on day-to-day basis, including check-in, pre-departure, arrival services; special services, lost & found and ticketing services.

Job requirements:

-          Good education with fluent spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

-          Good customer services skills

-          Team worker and shift duties required

-          Ability to work on own initiative

-          Airline or ground services experience will be an advantage

*Candidate with more experience will be considered as Customer Services Officer / Customer Services Supervisor
