The incumbent will be responsible for providing guest services, ie. Meet and greet customers, handle guest enquiries and assist to provide various services of our VIP lounge.
Requirements:
- Degree Holder in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
- At least 2 years relevant experience, preferably gained from Hotels, VIP lounge, F&B, Aviation or related service industry
- Outgoing, presentable with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-oriented with cheerful and pleasant character
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Willing to perform shift duty
