Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct documentation check by utilizing Flight Report - Cargo Operation (CGP-FF-001-A) for each flight on daily basis
• Prepare and submit the Cargo Daily Report by summarizing the Flight Report on daily basis
• Conduct a spot check by utilizing the Planeside Cargo Handling Check List on random selected flights to monitor cargo preparation for loading/ unloading by CTO and RHO
• Monitor the documentation performance by utilizing the Performance Check List for HACTL (CRU) Documentation Handling
• Monitor the warehouse handling by utilizing the Performance Check List for HACTL Warehousing Handling
• Monitor the calibration of weighing scale by CTO with utilizing Calibration Check List on twice a year basis

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• Minimum 1 year of airlines cargo sales experience
• Must have a driving license
• Good communications and interpersonal skills
• Good command in written and spoken of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficient in computer skills including MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint
